Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email and/or text. Most orders will take 4-10 business days for transit time, excluding processing time. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide one for you.

Orders cannot be edited once they have been shipped. Once your order is on its way to the shipping address provided, we are unable to make any changes. Kaufry® has a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.
